Yayoi mostly thinks Simran is like. Unbelievaly gender powerful. Just picked up on Yayoi right away? That shit is INCREDIBLE. Is she psychic.
Other than that, her initial impression of Simran is... A little envious, almost? Simran is really cute. She seems to have figured out How To Be A Girl way better than Yayoi has- She's kind of slotted Simran into the same place as March, in that. She's also, like, damn, Simran can rely on other people to help her? She's a little jealous of that, but then realizes how fucked that is, so she's just shoving that way down into a deep and dark place she won't ever acknowledge.
Instead, she just wants to protect Simran. Talk to her more! She thinks Simran is interesting to talk to, and also, she is pretty much ready to piggyback Simran if she needs to. Or drive her around more. Either way. Simran cute, wanna get to know better.
