i think venus enabling simran to be this kind of ethereal and semi-inhuman being is kind of profound in a way even sima doesn't fully realize yet...insofar as transition is a rare expression of control over one's form in the face of a sex that doesn't suit, simran also has lost control of her body in so many other ways. devilry becoming an avenue by which to regain some control is immensely impactful to her so venus is the same for catalyzing it

also venus is so so cute and i think simran is easily flattered by how highly venus seems to think of her...she loves when venus listens to her. i've literally been taking devil notes and while i'm probably sticking with simran's plea being "please remember me" bc names, there was a moment where i considered "please listen to me" which venus does so much of. she really DESPERATELY wants vee to ask her out
