About:

In a world where all of the worst criminals have been tossed in a single city, Chloe, an orphan, has set out to return to that city she had once escaped to rescue her baby brother. Throughout her life, she has been trained to be a deft assassin with knives as her primary weapons. When she fights, her movements almost appear to be that of a dance.

That being said, Chloe is the softest baby imaginable. She cries easy, flusters easy, and is shy and kind. She is good with children and is a gentle big sister type. She is burdened with grief and guilt having become so blood soaked. Really, she just wants to live a quiet life with her baby brother, should fate allow.
Potential Plans: I Just Want Chloe to Have Friends and Be Happy and Maybe Find Someone to Protect Her For Once. I would very much be vibing. There will be many tears out of her.

nights here is a dream demon whose entire ideology is I Like To Play And Have Fun and once they make friends with someone they can be protective (but they do lean a little towards "pulling the hair of the kid you like on the playground" at times)

That's fine with her. She was helping take care of the factory worker kids for a short period of time and they're much the same.
